Eye examination: Once glaucoma is diagnosed, most of the treatments involve lowering intraocular pressure. This involves any of the following: antiglaucoma eye drops, oral antiglacoma medication, laser surgery, or incisional glaucoma surgery. The disease itself is chronic and requires lifelong management.
