Lesion: It may be a lipoma but it could be a lymph node. You should be seen and possibly have a biopsy done if the lesion is non movable and firm in consistency.

Maybe: If it is soft, smooth, rubbery, and non-painful this is a good possibility. If it is harder or painful may be a lymph node. Regardless, this is a pretty good size mass and needs to be looked at.
