Do lipomas have to be circular? i have what feels like veins directly on clavicle and under they are long ovalshaped squishy things what could this be

Could be: Not a good picture. They can b round, oval, or strange shape if arises from under a tendon. This can b & should b evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon as this is not a common site for lipomas. Also not common 4 varicose complexes.

Yes: Lipomas can have many shapes, however they are always soft and movable and usually nontender. The other thing that you could have in this area is a vascular malformation, or a blood vessel tumor, and evaluation by your primary physician should be able to determine which one it is. Good luck.
