Lipomas: Are benign fatty lesions sometimes confused with sebaceous cysts. Generally there is no harm with doing nothing. If they are recurrently inflamed and or causing pain one can have them excised. This can be done by either a primary care physician or surgeon. If they are large, i would lean toward having a surgeon excise them.

That is simple: Lipomas are usually benign and one could live out a full life without problems. However, if it bothers you they can be easily treated by removing them. See a surgeon or a plastic surgeon. I have no idea if liposuction could be used to as i would like to see it coming out with it's capsule otherwise it may reoccur.
