Dry eye related: Your eye lid is probably twitching due to ocular surface drying, or possibly due to irritation from your eyelids. Ocular dryness is common with antidepressants. I recommend trying artificial tears every 2 to 4 hours for a few days and as necessary thereafter to see if this settles your twitching. Moderately warm eye lid compresses followed by gentle cleansing with baby shampoo may also help.
