Peppermint: The best reference person in this regard is your OB doc. He knows your history and what's good and no so good, so i'd urge you to call him. Also, I am in doubt that peppermint would be helpful with ibs altogether. There's a good chance it may improve on its own, so if it is not very bothersome, i'd rather have you watch your symptoms.
