Sugar: Fruits are 100% sugar calories. Your total carbohydrates should not total more than 25% of your total calories in your diet.

Healthy fruits: Fruits can be an important part of a healthy diet. Many do contain sugars, but also fiber and important phytonutrients and vitamins. Lower-sugar fruits like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are fine. Apples, kiwis, etc too. Since i don't know how active you are, here are some guidelines and you can select: http://tinyurl.Com/kkpye7t best wishes.
