I'm 7 weeks pregnant and not able to eat much, maybe 1200 calories but all health organic fruit, vegetables, protein. is this ok since it's early? i just can't eat more right now.

A well balanced : diet, includes various fruits, nuts, vegetables, dairy, meat. No specific ones are best. Avoid highly processed meats with nitrates. Seafood avoid top predator fish (mercury). As long as you are keeping fluid down, the calorie amount is not that important, weight loss in the first 12 weeks is very common, although we don't recommend intentional weight reduction.
