Get some help: You need to meet with a clinical dietitian or confer with your OB. The person loosing in this process would be you & maybe baby. The placenta will take from your body/bones/muscles/etc. the nutrients baby needs to grow. I would look to any source of easy but balanced nutrition to maintain your needs at this point. Do not wait for this to get better because it may not.
