Fruit is high in: Fructose, which is a sugar. That's more the issue than calories. If you only eat fruit you can raise your blood sugar and that is not good. Please see a nutritionist for guidance. Proteins, fats, and carbs are all needed. Eat fruits low on the glycemic index scale (found w/web search). Peace and good health.
