See sedation dentist: It's possible but you would need to see an endodontist or a general practitioner that does sedation dentistry. You can google sedation dentistry then call the dentists that come up if they do root canals. Personally, you should be able to have a root canal with local anesthetics if you have fillings with local anesthetics. A root canal is no more painful than a filling is.
