Fat loss: Calories burned must > calories consumed. Combine weight lifting with aerobic activity. Mix up your routines. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).
