I don't eat much, or exercise much. i'm really skinny (due to small muscle mass) but still have plenty of fat. is this a result of my lifestyle?

Nature-Nurture: is an on-going controversy. Are we shaped by our genes or by our lifestyle is the question. Many researchers believe we are a product of both and less at the mercy of our genes than previously though. Eating well and moderate exercise will help muscle development to the degree that your genes allow. More protein in your diet will help. See your doc first.
