Bouts of diarrhea for a year every 4-8 weeks now in last month i've had 5 sometimes not even 3 days apart. normal colonscopy 2yrs ago. ibs or cancer?

Many possibilities: You should be seen, provide a full history and undergo exam of you and the stools. This could conceivably be ibs but if you had a normal colonoscopy 2 years ago cancer is very very unlikely. Good luck.
