Is this likely serious ? colonoscopy 2019 for bleeding and loose stools/cramps . high cal protectin level. normal result . now experiencing similar symptoms and high protectin level again ? likely causes ? could it still be ibs with high protectin ?

IBS does not cause the calprotectin level to be elevated. This is a sign of active inflammation in the gut. You need to see gastroenterology for evaluation.
