Decongestants: Sinus rinses with salt and bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) by spray or netti pot (ask your pharmacist), decongestants like pseudoephedrine, warm wet packs over the sinus area. But if you truly have sinusitis you should probably see your doctor and receive antibiotics. Complications of untreated sinus infection can be very severe.
