Sinusitis: True sinusitis requires oral antibiotics.I believe you have a viral upper respiratory tract infection. Nasal congestion can cause ear discomfort and is treated with nasal decongestant spray. Gargling with warm salt water and or sucking on lozenges relieves sore throat.

Hello, so I am a 21 yr female with good oral hygiene and upper back dull pain in jaw. Sinusitis maybe coughing fluid in ears, sore throat.
Sinus, ear, jaw, lower teeth pain, headache, sore throat, face pain, no fever. No cough n cold, no flu. Can get sinusitis without cold or flu?
Can all these be related to sinusitis? Symptoms over 4 wks in this order: nasal congestion in winter, swollen pea sized submandibular node, 1 swollen tonsil, ear/jaw aches, sore throat that comes and goes. Feel better on abx but throat swab normal?
