Decongestant spray: The nost important treatment for sinusitis is adequate nasal/sinus drainiage. A decongestant nasal spray is often the most important thing to do, e.g. a preparation containting oxymatzoline. An antibiotic may help, but not necessarily. Discuss with your doctor, if you have one (although I understand this may be a challenge for some people in South Africa). Good luck!
