Define "sinusitis": If you truly have a bacterial sinusitis home remedies are unlikely to work. If you are referring to frequent sinus irritation/drainage/pain there are some. Saline rinses from a spray canister or Netty pot can remove the irritants/pollens that may cause the problem. A newer product, the NAVAGE system is available from Amazon & features a battery powered saline nasal rinsing system.
