Varies: Everyone's experience is different. A lot of it depends on your expectations. I can use a spider web thin needle on a person with a tongue stud and you would think i harpooned them. The very same thing on a 6 year old and they don't know i did anything. Consider getting a sedative prescribed for your appointment.
