Hi please tell if i not go by prophy jet or tooth polish only by using toothpaste n mouthwash mystaining can go? prophy jet is different from scaling?

No and Yes: Saining will not go away with toothpaste and mouthwash. Must be removed by dental cleaning. Prophy jet can often remove the stain very effectively. Scaling has different purpose but may also remove the stain in many areas. Prophy jet blasts it away with fine particles and scaling scrapes it away with sharp instruments. After cleaning you can keep things clean with excellent hygiene. Good Luck.
