Ask ur dentist : I can't think of a reason that your canines will magically transform into the shape of a lateral incisor in a year's time. If you would like the cusp tip smoothed down, it is a relatively easy cosmetic recontouring that takes all of five minutes. May patients ask for this.. It softens their smile.
