Floss removal: You can do it, you just need a different floss. I would recommend having the floss sticks, you just bite into it and wiggle up and down and the floss should break free. I recommend waxed or woven, to have handy in case you need it. You should see your dentist just to check the contacts if this happens more than once. In that case there might be something else causing the floss to shred
