I have braces and i have an overbite of 4mm i know it's considered to be normal but i dont like the way my teeth look. my lower canines touch upper molars when i bite. im 17 year old. my dentist said the bite cannot be fixed more what can be done?

If you are in the process of Orthodontic Treatment, and you are concerned about the results thus far, seek a second opinion with a specialist Orthodontist. Canines do not occlude with molars but may occlude with premolars, which would be consistent with a treatable malocclusion.
