Canine size: Typically the canines are taller/longer than the anterior incisors.

Depends on uppers: The height of the lower teeth is directly related to the radius of the upper and lower arches and the position/length of the upper teeth--and is different forveveryone. Your teeth will 'shorten' normally with wear and tear. You didn't say what was being done to the upper teeth for the lowers to require adjustment.

Yes: The height if all the lower anteriors should be very close to the same. I do not believe enamel wear is normal. If you have worn through your enamel, the hardest surface in your body there is something unnatural going on. Why did your dentist "shave" your teeth?
