Behavioral technique: Doing deep breathing, doing some exercise (the more the better but preferably at least 30 minutes), if you like apps and have a smartphone if you search for "relaxation sounds" or "meditation" you will find lots of apps to help relax. Also, chamomile tea can be mildly relaxing.
