Breathing exercises: You can start by doing breathing exercises. Sit comfortably in a quiet place, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Take slow, deep and full breaths, feel the air going into your lungs and coming out of your nose. Feel your stomach filling up with each breath and try to make your stomach go in and out with each breath. This technique will help you gain control of your anxiety.

Many people don't like to think about their worries coming true even though they know that thinking about something doesn't make it so ; that a thought can't hurt them.
