Depression: You asked about this before, but maybe wanted a different reply. Your combination of meds is unusual, and you feel it isn't helping. If you've discussed your concerns with your psychiatrist but haven't gotten a response, your next step would be seeing another psychiatrist for a second opinion. Only by fully reviewing your history and response to medications can anyone advise you. Best wishes.

May have bipolar d/o: You should be evaluated to see if you suffer from bipolar depression. Let your doctor know if you have a history of mania. Manic symptoms include extremely happy mood, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, poor concentration, talking fast, starting too many projects at once or spending a lot of money. Other meds such as lamictal, lithium or seroquel (quetiapine) may help.
