Depends: Are you asking about using these meds for weight loss or for depression? Topamax (topiramate) in more recent studies has not shown the weight loss activity as was once thought before and in fact I discourage people from using it for this purpose. Wellbutrin also has its neurological risks and should be cautiously used. No significant interactions between the 2 drugs are published.
