Hasn't your doctor: advised medically against use of alcohol in this scenario? Can't give you a statistic about how certain amounts of alcohol can increase depression by certain amounts. Bottom line is that it looks like a # of doctors are tell you that this is not safe. It sounds like you have a problem with alcohol.
