Been on celexa 40 for months with no improvement in depression. just added 75mg wellbutrin (bupropion) once a day and 40mg celexa every other day. is this ok?

Why was the Celexa (citalopram): decreased? Wellbutrin (bupropion) and celexa can be used together for atypical depression. Just don't understand why the SSRI is being reduced.
