on buspar (buspirone) and wellbutrin for anxiety/depression. ssris have been exhausted. klonopin makes me feel like carp. valium not working. suggestions please.

See below: If the 2 medications you are on are not relieving your symptoms and you cannot tolerate other medications you need to consult with apsychiatrist to help you get on a regimen that will relieve some of your anxiety/depression symptoms.

Non pharmacologic: approaches can really help. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or insight oriented psychotherapy can help. Don't isolate. Spend time w people. Use your support system. Get out. Don’t stagnate at home. Get at least 8 hours of sleep/night & eat healthfully. Daily aerobic physical activity is a big +. Try acupuncture, tai chi, qi gong, yoga or meditation.
