Orientation, informa: Hi. l consider medication are not supposed to stop working but there are sometimes full of negative events when might be required to increase the dose or even add other medication or switch to other. I consider you should consult with your Dr about this matter.

Does this mean feeling worse emotionally, have some recent upsetting events happened, do you have any physical symptoms as well? Best to review with prescribing doctor to reassess Wellbutrin (bupropion) dose or alternative med and consider seeing a mental health professional for support and guidance during this tough time.
