Leg cramps: You may have restless legs syndrome for whch medication is available from a neurologist. However, your cramps could also be caused by poor circulation. You may want to check with your doctor or a vascular surgeon to rule out peripheral vascular disease.

Would be important: To know if he is diabetic? Smokes? Or has any other medical problems. Is he on any cholesterol lowering medications? If any of the above are true he needs to see hsi doctor. If non of above are true checking his magnesium levels in his red blood cells, potassium levels should be considered.....Does he take a diuretic.....A visit to the medical dr is best...
