Pain shoots down the bk of my rt leg when standing, and get bad muscle cramps in foot. no rt compression, but have low back issues. possible reasons?

possible muscle entr: It sounds like you may have muscle or nerve entrapment, not necessarily form the spinal cord many spinal and leg muscle may get trapped crossing bony structures and may be producing your symptoms. Orthopedic evaluation and MRI are indicated to further determine the exact cause.
