Many possibilities: Low blood pressure, low blood sugar, and magnesium deficiency all cause those symptoms. Stay well hydrated, eat 6 times a day healthy unprocessed foods with fresh raw vegetables and fruit and high quality protein and good fats. Take sufficient vit d3, check body temperature if low take more, and vit k2, get a good night sleep, move through the day, and manage stress well. See kelly mcgonigal.
