The question is : A little unclear. But, if you have numbness I would look to have an Emg/NCV performed to see if there is any radiculopathy from the lower back. Regarding the cramps, I would make sure there is no circulatory disturbance and would start with arterial dopplers and consider a magnesium supplement. Keep in mind these are things to consider after a medical exam by a doctor,
