Grain Brain: Grain brain contains some life changing ideas. Whether you adopt all the suggestions depends on your clinical status. Staying off wheat is probably a good idea for most of us -- other grains like amaranth, quinoa, etc are better. If you're Insulin resistant at all, you might need to be careful of very sweet fruits that increase your blood sugar. Berries, apples, etc are less a problem.
