Not sure: This could be secondary to volume loss that frequently occurs as we age. It could also be "normal pressure hydrocephalus". The size of the ventricles is not related to alzheimer's however.

NPH: They are probably thinking about normal pressure hydrocephalus which has some combination of cognitive dysfunction, gait problems, and incontinence.
