Why my doctor says that men who have brain hippocampus at 97 percentile(for same age) have brain of albert einstein. how likely are men with hippocampus at 100 percentile (and who are now 67 yrs old) to get alzheimer or dementia say in next 20 years?

Have NO clue what your doctor means by the comment! Brain atrophy commences in 30's and 40's, and accelerates after 60. Doubt, with appropriate software, anyone will have 100% hippocampus, on imaging, and this would have to compare with age 30. None of this has anything to do with Alzheimer's, which is not normal aging. If you are experiencing cognitive difficulties, see a neurologist.
