No: Alzheimer's is a disease of brain cell degeneration. Deep brain stimulation can not replace dead brain cells.

Too early to tell: Studies are ongoing in multiple locations (brown university & rhode island hospital, and at johns hopkins, etc) of deep brain stimulation for early alzheimer's. http://tinyurl.com/l3vt3na and http://tinyurl.Com/mcq37uk these stem from a pilot study of early alzheimer's showing increases in brain glucose metabolism after dbs -- promising results, yet not clear if they'll apply to later stages.
