Don't hold your breath! Although I agree that tau and neurofibrillary tangles are crucial in Alzheimer's, there is no real evidence that any current medication, even monoclonal antibodies, does much more than decrease amyloid plaques, and this has minimal clinical benefit. We are on our way to better control, perhaps, but this is NOT cure. Sorry to "rain on your parade".
