Thyroid : Normal TSH runs from 0.5 to 5.5 and free T4 from 04.5 to 12.5, so, ordinarily, this means that your thyroid is not under or over active. Your doctor will want to search in other directions for possible causes of your fsrigue and weight gain.

Difficult to say: Tsh has a longer half life than ft4, so if the increase in T4 is more acute, then you might not see a change in TSH yet. It would be important to repeat the lab tests to confirm them. This can be caused from subclinical thyroiditis, postpartum thyroiditis, hashitoxicosis, graves disease, a toxic nodule(s) or certain medications.
