No veggies have B12: No vegetables contain B12 but dairy ; eggs do, so if you eat those you should get enough B12 ; protein. If you are vegan you need to supplement with b12. Very difficult: You simply cannot get B12 on a vegan diet. You are going to need to supplement or you'll end up with brain damage. Protein sources include soy powder supplements or good food choices (mix of corn and beans, for example). Talk with your physician about iron. You're 17 and if you want to be a vegetarian, get with a physician who's vegetarian-friendly and you won't ruin your health like others do.
