Whoa: Something is wrong here. All vegetarians need to supplement with vitamin B12, but it's best done orally unless you cannot absorb the stuff that way. B12 shots twice a week is overkill; once a month is probably fine. Leukoderma is often vitiligo, or sometimes tinea versicolor or something else; a proper diagnosis needs to be made. And vitiligo can run with pernicious anemia. Needs to be sorted out.
