Vegetarian diet: is too broad a question for HT. In general, B 12 is often low in vegetarians so people often supplement w/SUBLINGUAL B12, not the kind you swallow. If you eat dairy that will help but w/out dairy you are more at risk for low protein if you don't know how to combine foods properly. A nutritionist is the best person to see. Peace and good health.
