aerobic: Cardio is aerobic exercize , includes jogging bicycling, stairmaster, spin class, ellyptical, etc.They increase your heart rate and aerobic capacity.I would combine cardio w/ strengthening exercizes to increase body tone and muscle mass. See a good trainer. Good luck!
