You weight & muscle:: Don't go hypocaloric. You need weight. But increase your intake of meat, eggs, nuts. Add supplemental whey protein, or shakes to get your protein 0.9 grams/ lb on a daily basis- counting all protein sources. Get your percent body fat calculated before you start. Keep at that level or below while traing. Your goal: add more weight as muscle! to do so requires both more protein and calories!
