See below: There are many great exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles. One of the best exercises are called planks. To do this lay on your stomach and lift your belly and legs off the ground with your forarms and toes on the ground. Try holding this postion for 15-30 seconds at a time. Work Abs: There are a ton of exercises that can be done to build the core abdominal muscles, some you may be suited for others perhaps not. Crunches, leg lifts, mountain climbers, planks, ball walk outs, push ups(over all body and abs) burpees, shrimps, toe to ceiling, supine bicycle, Turkish Get ups, pilates....
