Insomnia: 1. Improve sleep hygiene go to bed same time and wake up same time. 2.Sleep restriction therapy- only sleep in bed when sleepy and get out of the bed if cannot sleep or wake up from sleep after 15 min. And only return to bed when sleepy. 3.Keep same wake up time all the days works and off days. 4.Avoid caffine after lunch time. 5. Deep breathing & regular exercise. 6.Get help if still problem.

Turn off brain: When we sleep, it is very important to not think about many things, so that we can fully relax and allow ourselves to fall asleep. This can be difficult, but it is important to try. If this is still a major problem, i would see a sleep/insomnia expert. Also, avoid caffeine and other stimulating activity prior to sleep.
